Voucher Questions

Immediately after payment, you receive a PDF voucher by email with your unique fly code and redemption instructions.

All vouchers are valid for 12 months (360 days) from purchase. They cannot be extended after expiry.

Yes. Vouchers are not nominal and can be given to any person who meets the eligibility requirements (weight 35–100kg).

We reschedule at no cost. Your voucher remains valid for the full 12 months regardless of weather cancellations.

Vouchers are non-refundable but fully transferable to any other person at any time.
